  • Visionary meditation and prayer; as a way for mamas and babies to connect and prepare for birth. 
  • Create birth plan.
  • Hands on education for comfort measures for mom and dad.
• Weekly informational emails on all topics related to pregnancy, birth, post partum and motherhood.
• Phone support

• Suggested reading and videos to prepare you and your partner.

• Initial Lactation support/ education. 

• Recommendations for providers- Midwives, Chiropractors, Family Doctor/Pediatrician & Lactation Consultants. 

• Labor and birth support.

• 1 Postpartum visit.

  • A visit to reflect on your birth, chat and revel in your beautiful baby.

• Birth Photography & Video ( By no means am I a photographer, but I am happy to capture precious moments of your birth.)

• Happy to assist outside my 30 minute radius, up to an hour. Price will be adjusted due to further distances
